Online Group Classes
The classes are 45 minutes long consisting of function fitness movements with a fun cardio finisher.
Classes are for all abilities, we can modify if needed, don't worry!
Offering a variety of events from big event days, Team Building Days and Retreats.
The FFS events are a fun way to meet new people on the same path and enjoy some serious workouts (and a treat or two...)!
